We wake up in the morning, and the first thing we do is check out our social media to see whether or not we have messages and likes and watch some videos to forget that we have woken up. The same goes throughout the day, whenever we have time to kill, we end up at one of the social media platforms. As much as we love social media, there should be some kind of autonomous control over it so that we don’t only waste our time and even benefit from it.
