A lot of the content out there is getting less likes, less comments, and less shares. People are so used to the content they’re seeing that they’re just swiping through. They need something meaningful to connect with. Your content should touch the soul.
One missed opportunity is the bio. When people see one of your contents, they come into your profile to check out everything you have done. Only about one percent of creators have a bio, and most of them are designed like resumes, which gets quite boring. You need to see your bio as the most important real estate you have on the web. It is what makes you understood, and gets people to connect with you. You want an actual story people can see themselves in. A relatable backstory is what leads to career success and big partnerships with brands who want to see you as you are.

You can’t just play a highlight reel. You have to share the good, the bad, and the ugly. What you have with your bio is the opportunity to make people fall in love with you.
