Afşın Avcı is an accomplished professional with a degree in Management Information Systems from Boğaziçi University. His career spans various leadership roles in the advertising and technology sectors. Between 2009 and 2014, Afşın served as the Turkey Country Director for the Berlin-based global in-game advertising company, SponsorPay (renamed as Fyber later on), which was acquired by RNTS Media in October 2015 for $190 million.
Following his tenure at SponsorPay, Afşın was involved in strategic projects at Yemeksepeti (Delivery Hero) and later he was appointed as the Country Director for the Paris-based advertising network Kwanko, effectively expanding its presence in the Turkish market. Afşın is also the founder of GAIA Agency in Turkey, a pioneering firm with a dedicated focus on integrated marketing strategies, and GAIA Mena in Qatar, extending his influence into the Middle Eastern market. In 2023, Afşın exited GAIA agency to focus more on global marketing projects at INFLOW Network.
From 2020 to 2023, he led the operations at INFLOW Network, managing the FIFA World Cup 2022 Qatar’s influencer collaborations, content marketing, production, and paid social media advertising across 23 countries, including the host nation. Under his leadership, INFLOW Network was awarded the Grand Stevie award at the 2024 Stevies MENA. Currently, Afşın Avcı continues to drive innovation and leadership as the Managing Partner of INFLOW Network, applying his extensive expertise to further the company’s growth and success in the digital marketing realm.

Born in İstanbul in 1983. While attending İstanbul Erkek High School, he also attended the exchange programs at TASIS in Lugano, Switzerland. After graduating from the department of International Relations at Koç University, he attended the international exchange program at UCLA (University of California). Upon returning to Turkey, he has been an investor and a founding partner at various tourism enterprises. Currently he is the CEO of INFLOW Network, and the Chairman of Digital Tourism Association.
He speaks English and German, and is married with 2 kids.
